Teen Birding Camp Week at Lorrimer Nature Sanctuary

While binoculars will be provided, attendees are encouraged to bring any personal birding gear. This camp caters to both beginners and experienced bird enthusiasts.

PreK & Kindergarten Camps at Lorrimer Nature Sanctuary

New Jersey Audubon has three special camps for 4–6-year-olds. The camps, “Nature Art,” “Enchanted Forest,” and “Water, Water, Everywhere,” are designed to engage young children with nature through themed activities. The “Water, Water, Everywhere” camp will feature a special session on the water cycle, led by a guest from the local water company, Veolia, enriching children’s understanding of environmental science.

Nature Center of Cape May Summer Camp

The Nature Center of Cape May in Cape May, NJ, offers weekly ocean-themed programs for children. Activities include seining in the harbor, exploring the aquatic lab, and special themed weeks like “Splish Splash” during the first week of July. There’s also a program specifically focused on ocean and marine life, providing an immersive educational experience related to the sea and its inhabitants.
